The lilies were done with watercolor pencils and the rhododenrons were done with a combination of watercolor pencils and watercolor oil pastel crayons....fun stuff....

ReplyDeleteMaggie, You have been a busy girl since last time I checked in!!! You have done some BEAUTIGUL work on here! Love some of your photographs too!
ReplyDeleteI love the lilies. Nice drawings.
ReplyDeleteMaggie these florals drawings are lovely so PLEASE go back and delete the negative last line in your blog about them, where you lament...."wish i had done a little better with the lilies." We all wish to be better, I suppose and we all get better eventually just by doing. But your watercolor lily sketch is good right now my friend!

These are great. The rhodies look so realistic, flowers stems and all. The lilies are also beautifully drawn--I really like the composition on that one.
ReplyDeleteBoth of these are super, I love the colours in the lilies.
ReplyDeleteWhat are "watercolor oil pastel crayons"?
