Try #3 in my moleskine-Ink and Derwent watercolor pencils....Well after three trys I am getting pretty good at drawing accurate portraits of our Jack Russells..Charley and Jazz..Jazz is everything a Jack Russell is...full of energy like a spark plug....fetches endlessly and when you put up her ball she fetches money. One time she picked up $4 out of my sons floor for me , she will search chairs and closets for money...leaves no stone unturned and even can find a quarter in the grass in the dark.
Try #2Charley is a sweety...hes so laid back hed rather snuggle and cuddle than do anything...he does love to play soccer and he loves to eat...especially McDonalds hamburgers...Jazz nose quivers when we are waiting at the drive thru...smelling all those lovely aromas from the kitchen.
Nothing makes us happier than to know we have our two "babies" waiting for us when we get home...always happy to see us and ready for anything...Charley do you want to go for a walk??? Yes maam he says...
Try #1...NOOOO you can not see it....you would not recognize them!!!
Oh Wow!!! They are soooo cute!!!! We have a Jack Russell Terrier in our building here, and Otis is cute too..a bundle of energy. He'll stop for a quick 'Hello' and a scratch behind the ear and then he's off!!

ReplyDeleteThey're both great but the top one is my favorite. You've really captured all the personality and love in their eyes. I really like all the details and words and their toys and things that you included in the drawing. It made me happy when I enlarged it by clicking and got to see them up close. I have a kittie that plays fetch. I type on my laptop in bed and she brings me her toy, I throw it for, she brings it back...you know how it goes. Pets are so wonderful!
