This is one of the older houses south of broad....and you can buy it...its for sale...if you have spare million or two...

side porch, fan light pedimetn, charleston green door...they paint the porch ceilings palazzo blue so that the wasps think its sky and dont built nests...evidently it really works...
i love the soft pink of this house...this house is haunted...or has Haints...which is why its door is blue to get rid of the haints....the round circles are earthquake bolts which are turned to hold the buildings upright...Charleston sits on one of the most active faults in the country.
