More postcards- the ladies

So I have been making more postcards...these started with a stamp that I borrowed from a friend of mine...I stamped some for my sewing bee friends and when we were playing with them the other nite I also had some leaves that I cut out ages ago...they for some mysterious reason were in the ziplock bag too...and I thought why not make a postcard with a woodsy elf or fairy..with leaves for hair...so the green lady came first...and shes the one farthest from finished...

In the sewing room or was it on the den floor...found a piece of this wonderful batik...beige with gold...stamped a couple of faces on it to play with ....so heres what I did with those... .

And on the sewing table while I was stamping the batik there was some not really bright hand dyes I made a couple of years ago...stamped a couple of faces on that...Did I say I have a large drawer full of things I collect to do fabric collage with...well there were roses in it...and leaves and this is what happened with all that stuff...and then I got a phone call...was bored while listenging and started ripping thin strips of orange and purple striped batik for ribbons for the first one...like i dont have a large box of gorgeous hand dyes!!!
About 1 am yes 1 am I decided that the eyes needed a little work and got out the oil pastels to just touch them up...and that was JUST what they all needed...made the eyes look luminous... so now I just need to put a back on them...and then well...I right now I cant part with them...but I need too....I have too...I really am....

Now I have to use some of that lace and make a hmm..abride for my niece who is getting married...thats if I can part with her..sounds kinda boring....so I may have to stamp some more and do a few different ones...could be a series...
