HAPPY ST. PADDYS DAY!!! This is my spring journal picture - yes JUDY JOURNAL...lol...all the things I have been looking at while I walk in our neighborhood...i tried to find a four leaf clover but I guess I will have to settle for seven of my journal quilts being published...umm did I say settle...the third largest number of journals from one person chosen for a book...YESSSS...its exciting...but those violets excited me too..and taking a picture of a bee...do you know how hard that is?? chasing a tiny bee with a camera? An exciting day...

MAGGIE!! CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR SELECTION AND HONOR!!! BRAVA BRAVA!! And this spring sketch is just incredibly GORGEOUS! Love the loose lines, the colors, the choices --!! Even the pine pollen about to fall (I saw it last week in Columbia -- OH MY -it's coming!) FANTASTIC JOB!!
This journal sketch is great! Nice variety of stuff and color. I like it a lot! Yes, I do know how hard it is to chase a little bee with a camera.
