PHQ guild meeting

Kim's birthday quilt is pinned and ready....these pictures were taken last nite at the Pieceful Hearts Guild night time meeting...some great quilts...I didnt get them all because i was tired which seems a permanent condition with me lately....

the middle of this quilt is hand painted with Pebeo setacolor and Jacquard fabric paints and will the raw edge applique will be sewn down with the quilting...the flip flops...from a pattern i drew are all siggy blocks from our bee friends...

I also drew the center figures while connie did the letters all by herself!

Thanks to Connie Burleson(assistant painter) Ille Waters Mary Verdery for all their help assembling the top...and to Margaret Wesley for painting the cat..

bytw L-R Charlotte, Wilbur, Kim and not Stinky what is his name?!

Now to get the darn thing quilted BEFORE she turns 60!! lol....
