Last nite i decided to paint a watercolor NOT in a sketch book...this one is quite large 14x16 or so on Arches wc paper. Painted this with Daniel Smith WC and a HUGE #12 brush...thought it would keep me from getting too ticky but it had such a great point on it i could do alot of detail with it...think i will try it again with my big flat grumbacher brush...
BYTW at seven am this morning i decided to lighten the dark tree third or fourth from the left...also it was painted without a drop of black paint...
