I was getting ready to hop in the shower and get dressed when I noticed a lizard on the back deck going crazy puffing himself up with a gorgeous rosy red engorged throat...and pumping himself up and down...and i thought it would make a cool picture...the little thing has sharp eyes because he saw me trying to take pics thru the sliding glass doors...and he hid ...poking himself up over the rail to peek at me....I couldnt get a good pic so i went outside to try...and noticed a commotion on the other rail...one lizard was viciously attacking another one...who was molting...never seen either before...
and I got great pics of thier fight...and the molting lizard...
Probably saved his or her life...because the big mean lizard who was an icky greenish brown ran away when he saw me coming....leaving the dazed one behind....then it ran away too...now were they fighting or mating...sometimes its hard to tell??:|
