well between school and a cold and my new mac

not posted a thing on my blog in over a week...sooo leaned off the back deck and took some pics of the fog on the river....it has to be fall ...the sycamores are golden(which does not show in the first pic) and the fog is heavy on the river...gorgeous with the morning sun glistening thru it...

I dont know exactly how i turned this picture into sepia BUT I thought it was interesting so posted it anyway!

This is the view we can see from our bed...if it had not been for the dogs wanting out I would still be snoozing and enjoying the view...lol..there is a squirrel that jumps from tree to tree in the morning...busy raiding the black walnut for nuts I am sure...

This is the view to the right of our back yard...the dock is almost unnoticeable...

And the sun was glinting off the trees across the river...what an awesome view...and I dont even have to go outside to see it...I can sit and sew or work on the computer and see it thru the sneeeze proof sliding doors...did I say i have terrible fall allergies...as a little girl I saw pics of Phillip Johnsons glass house and thought how perfect....i can be outside and not sneeze...well our house is almost that good..the back wall on the river side is almost all glass...four sliding doors(three are triples) and banks of windows in the bedrooms...allover looking this beauty...

Oh the change to Sepia gives it such haunting depth! Wonderful idea!
