So i made May 15 despite everything I had to do

today...work, a class afterwards and the golden apple teacher awards at 6:30...what a posh affair that was...anyway thank goodness my class was canceled...the poor teacher was sick so i took my gift certificate for Starbucks and went there to draw...and this is what i did....so now maybe i will get to color them...where is my sofa...just home and TIREDDDD...NIte all....

BYTW when i was tagged shoulda added that Lady Nolly was chosen one of 15 art quilts to represent what Katrina meant to us at International Quilt Festival...shes Lady new orleans(Nolly) rising out of the flood waters a bit bruised and battered but still lovely, with the promise of ....well you get the idea:> And that she and I and The coral reef quilt will be on SCETV road show next week at either 6:30 or 7:00 on May 21...OMG LIVE ...what did i agree to do????

What a lot of detail, I'd never have attempted that! I'm sure colour would work really well.

I really like your drawings, I agree with Dave; I would add a little color!

I love the sketchiness of these pictures.

Mags -- Wow, your drawing is really progressing. So much detail! I'm tagging you to post 7 random facts about yourself -- no secrets this time, just random facts. See mine, and the rules, on my blog. Cheers. Tomme

These are great sketches. I'm in awe that you have done something every day for May. My hero! I'm full of admiration for you and your quilt. I'm sure you will do a great interview. Congrats!
