TADA Here it is felted along with its two sisters

Four sides of the newest enterlac bag...a little blurry but YUMMMYYY colors....
The sprite can is in there to show how big this bag is...

and a plethora of new knitting projects....
I actually measured this bag...its 42" in circumference and 14" tall after felting..made from 6 skeins of Noro Kureyon..Noro Kureyon is a hand dyed hand spun Aran weight yarn..
What is enterlac knitting? You pick up stitches and knit each square one square at a time ....tedious but interesting.. the most stitches knitted on this bag at one time besides the rim was 14 stitches...did i say i can knit backwards now...gets old turning this big old thing around all the time!
still drying on the kitchen counter stuffed with grocery bags over my old tupperware flour container and an old Chinese cookie tin that i have had for years...the bag is dripping from the bottom...gravity! The bottom of the newest bag
Here is the purple bag finished.
The first enterlac bag made from either Cascade or Brown sheep yarn...Think its cascade...the colors are a little light ...its actually MUCH brighter!
And TADA now for a couple of new projects...an intarsia purse knitted from Jamiesons Shetland Yarn...knitters will go to any length to acquire yarn...this is all the way from Two Swans knitting in hmm is it Oregon or Washington state who acquired it all the way from the Shetland Isles ...going to felt REAL Shetland yarn...seems a sinful thing to do...
This is my yarn basket overflowing with yarn for the intarsia purse.
Lastly my son Ben's Trinity stitch scarf in Brown Sheep'sLamb's Pride Worsted 85% Wool/15%Mohair yarn - the color is Sage. Lovely stuff....

BYTW I started both of these projects yesterday...the intarsia purse first but Kim and I were watching Jane Austen Book Club and Being Jane and i needed some mindless knitting so i got Bens scarf out and finally got it started! Its now well over two feet long...back to my needles they are RUSTING:>

all these bags turned out fabulous! I loooove the bottom of the newest one. too cool! I'd never be able to carry it because I'd be dumping all my stuff every time I flipped it upside down to show someone how cool the bottom is! lol
