A month ago we went to a factory outlet sale in Iva, SC. Every month the first week of the month they sell fabric. I bought several colors of cheese cloth at 50 cents a pound....what a deal...I now have a life time supply of cheese cloth in light blue, dark blue, purple, red and white.
Trying to do something different with the ladies I used the cheese cloth for hair, then I hand feathered stitched it down...now to add some fun stuff to their hair....beads of course....and maybe some charms?
OH I used the black core madiera to hand embroider and it worked like a charm....
