Well we just finished up our quilt show and it was a lovely event...You can see more pics of it on my friend Kims website www.dogquilter.blogspot.com....she has some great pics!And the best part was that I got 6 ribbons...one best embellishment and a first on my purse sea dreams. A viewers choice(Its missing...okay who got it...where is it...that was the best ribbon!!) and second on my silk chenille jacket, A First on my JR Russells having fun jacket, and a second on my Coral Reef quilt....and I got to meet my fan club led by Mary in Augusta....she lives down the street from me about 6 miles or so...who woulda thought I had a fan club?? LOL...
And of course all the quilts that I have been laboriously sewing binding on for days...welllll they didnt get a ribbon...however the judges want me to teach them how to do my binding so that is as good as a ribbon right?? What did they say about the bindings...was it fabulous or brilliant??? O r was it perfection...lol... I do run on as they say down here in the veryyyy chilly sawth!!
