Day Eight in may
OK so these are not so exciting...but i did draw them in public...in fact one of the teachers at the table WATCHED me draw these...and i wasnt even nervous...which in itself is kinda interesting..
Dont you think the lady on the pink paper just looks so sad..she was very heavy....and all of her lines were droopy...she was immaculately dressed and groomed though...nails done, hair just so...

Nice sketches! I'd say not being nervous is an indication of growing confidence in yourself and your drawings and rightly so, they are wonderful!
Cool! I like the lady. She does seem sad. You captured her mood very well.
The lady in pink does look a little sad - maybe she had a troubling day. I love both of these sketches!
Interesting you weren't nervous with a teacher watching you draw.. maybe it felt okay to you because you know her?

You win the 'bravery in drawing' award this week. Great sketches too!
Just curious, what is that bit of yellow? Is it paint on your scanner?
:)
