Problem resolved? I think it is

Have been staring at this on the design wall ...and decided what it needed was to get rid of the bottom row of stripes...chop off a BIG chunk of the left bottom corner...and add some strips of other colors ...right now its all pinned up not cut off...well the blue stripes that used to be there are gone...but the bottom left is folded up...going to got the vet and then whack it off I think...what do you think?? BETTER or not...

Also adding some strips of color across the top middle section and the ones to each side of it...then to add tails..this thing has gotten WAY to complicated...

Off to the vets now... Posted by Picasa

This is the most saturated colored quilt I have ever seen! Do you dye your own fabric? I'm crazy about this one. Your quilt looks like a "Joseph" quilt. ( You know, the guy with the murdurous brothers?)

I think it's better; partly because the shape is better--it was too straight at the bottom before. Also, the dark blue at the bottom created a second focal point that pulled your eyes down.

Great quilt!

I really like the new composition. I think it's more balanced, if you know what I mean.

This is gorgeous! I could definitely find a space for it! It's so colourful and 'happy'!
