Needle turned applique...now awaiting borders of some Kaffe Fassett stripes, a gold mille fiori and an outside border of phillip jacobsons bright coleus. This is based on a Jan Patek pattern but alot of the critters were just cut out of the fabric and sewn down...can you find my orange cat..the two snakes? Thinking of adding our Jack Russell and lab to the outside borders...we shall see what it says it wants...

wonderful! i made a Jan Patek design years and years ago in homespun plaids. this quilt makes me want to take out my polka dots and do an updated version. thanks for sharing.
