by now...BUT hey what can i say...i see a lot of kids and they LOVE to pose for me....tickles them to death that I draw them...yesterday after school I sat with six of my fav kindergarteners and we all drew together....but thats for tomorrow...i do have to brag on them ...they can draw as well as the fifth graders...but shhhh dont tell the fifth graders!
Oh about the sketches...really like the pencil lines of the first one better than the ink in the second...and i found that not all pencils were the same...even if they were #2...two diff pencils on the two pages...

These are great Margaret. I especially love the one of the "exhausted" girl. Her posture, her facial expression, the way you captured her mouth. Just lovely. And the "hot/cold" boy at the top. What great kids. You are so lucky to have such willing and interesting subject matter so close at hand.

How lucky - to have all these willing models. And your progress doing portraits is phenomenal.
Wonderful as usual I keep trying to comment but have a million interruptions. You are so luck to have these willing models.
Never get bored of your sketches of your kids. I love looking at them. These are wonderful.
