This is the butterfly after washing it...love the way the hobbs heirloom plumps up when its washed...going to have to take a nap under it...then it will be officially finished...we have to test drive all big quilts at our house...edge is done with the scallop stitch to hold down the binding...looks pretty good for the first try...as I have said before...great place to experiment!!
